Job summary

Compass is seeking a Transaction Coordinator to join the Contract to Close team in San Diego, supporting agents by managing document flow, deadlines, and compliance to ensure smooth closings.

In this role you will work with lenders and title attorneys, handle commission questions, and maintain strict confidentiality while delivering accurate, timely processing for roughly 25–30 closings per month.

Qualifications

• Real estate license preferred.
• Strong knowledge of California real estate laws.
• Experience in Real Estate Transaction Coordination.
• DocuSign, Google Suite, CTM proficiency.
• Excellent written, quantitative, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of agents' contracts.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle document tracking for a high volume of transactions from listing to close, including 25–30 closings per month.
• Ensure contracts are processed properly and promptly with attention to detail.
• Manage and track contract deadlines to meet timelines.
• Validate compliance and commission records in company systems.
• Support Agents with inquiries about commissions, payouts, deductions, and calculations.
• Collaborate with sales managers and other teams to provide outstanding agent support.
