Compass is seeking a Transaction Coordinator to join the in-office team in Florida. You will manage document tracking, contract deadlines, and compliance across listings, transactions, and commissions, acting as the central contact for lenders, attorneys, and title companies.

You will support Agents by answering inquiries on commissions and payouts, while coordinating with managers to deliver exceptional service and a smooth closing process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a real estate transaction process, coordination, accounting, or payroll function preferred.
• Familiarity with Florida real estate forms.
• Strong written, quantitative, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to digest detailed contracts and make informed decisions.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of Agent’s contract data.

Responsibilities

• Handle document tracking for a high volume of real estate transactions from listing to close or contract to close.
• Ensure contracts are processed accurately and timely with focus on details.
• Manage and track contract deadlines to meet all timelines.
• Validate accuracy of compliance and commission records in company systems.
• Provide support to Agents regarding commissions, deductions, and payouts.
• Collaborate with sales managers and other support teams to assist agents.
