Job summary

Sage Title Group, LLC is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive real estate settlements and market title services across the assigned territory. The role supports compliance with company policies and applicable laws while building strategic relationships with brokers, Realtors, lenders, and clients.

You will develop leads, manage a defined sales plan, report activity, and promote educational seminars for industry professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3-5 years sales experience, real estate background preferred.
• Self-starter with good follow-through skills; strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of RESPA and regulatory requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with prospects, brokerages, Realtors and lenders.
• Increase market share within the assigned region.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Sage Title Group and competitors’ products and services.
• Develop leads and sales opportunities and follow through with defined sales plan.
• Report business development and sales activity.
• Represent Sage Title Group in the market and at industry events.
• Promote open communication and productive internal relationships.
• Offer real estate educational seminars for brokers and Realtors.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
