Job summary

Thrivas in Boynton Beach, FL seeks a Real Estate Title Processor for a full-time role, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with benefits after a short probationary period.

The title office is expanding and seeks experienced staff. You will take title requests, create files, and order/clear titles, reviewing commitments and coordinating closings with Realtors, lenders, buyers and sellers. Strong customer service and knowledge of real estate terminology are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of real estate terminology as it relates to the title process.
• Experience with title commitments and clearing titles.
• Ability to coordinate closings and prepare preliminary disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Take title requests and create new files.
• Order and clear title by reviewing title commitments and liens/payoffs/estoppels.
• Work with Realtors, mortgage lenders, banks, buyers or sellers on each file.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist individuals.
• Act as Closing Coordinator for files and prepare preliminary closing disclosures.
• Collaborate with title agents, real estate title attorneys, title underwriters, title examiners and post closers.

A title company is seeking a new Title Processor. This is a full time opportunity Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. This is a permanent opportunity that will provide benefits after a short probationary period.

The title company has a small branch office in the area and is expanding their title service and in need of additional staff. The office is in need of an experienced Real Estate Title Processor. However, the company will consider a Post Closer, Post Closing Specialist or Preprocessor for the role. The ideal applicant will have an advanced understanding of real estate terminology as it relates to the title process.

Each Title Processor is responsible for taking title requests, creating new files,and ordering and clearing title. You must review the title commitment and order all liens, payoffs, and estoppels. You will work closely with the realtor, mortgage lender, bank, buyer or seller on each file. You must have exceptional customer service skills and enjoy assisting individuals. Act as Closing Coordinator for your files and prepare preliminary closing disclosures. Work closely with title agents, real estate title attorneys, title insurance underwriters, title examiner, and post closers.
