• Experience in the real estate industry examining and curing title issues.

Responsabilidades

• Review daily reports to complete client tasking and provide updates.
• Review title commitments for clearance and ensure items (payoff, taxes, HOA) are accurate.
• Follow client expectations for payment processes and billing codes.
• Address inquiries from clients or internal staff in a timely, professional manner.
