Workway, Inc. is seeking a Title Curative professional in Phoenix, AZ to review title reports, validate chains of title, and resolve issues across mortgage-related documents.

You will work with title companies and internal departments in a fast-paced environment, updating statuses daily and using Excel for file tracking. The role requires a high school diploma, strong computer skills, typing 50 wpm, and teamwork with excellent communication.

Formación

• Must type at least 50 words per minute.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with common office software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work in a team.
• Experience with mortgage, foreclosure, escrow or title processing preferred.
• General office experience including copying, filing and answering phones.

Responsabilidades

• Review title reports and identify curative issues.
• Examine endorsements and affidavits of authority for accuracy.
• Validate chain of title and mortgage-related documents.
• Resolve title issues with title companies and internal teams.
• Read maps and title chains; interpret bankruptcy cases.
• Update file status daily in vendor and client systems.
• Use Excel to track and manage files.
• Apply problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
