Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and other real estate professionals in the Bismarck market.
• Guide clients through the buying and selling process, including property searches, showings, offers, negotiations, inspections, and closings.
• Conduct market research and prepare comparative market analyses to help clients make informed pricing decisions.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for property listings, including online advertising, social media, open houses, and networking.
• Coordinate appointments, property showings, client communications, and transaction timelines with professionalism.
• Prepare, review, and manage real estate documents, contracts, disclosures, and other transaction-related paperwork.
• Stay current on local market trends and real estate laws while representing Hatch Brokered by Real with integrity.
