Place Network Agents is seeking a Listing Assistant to collaborate with top real estate professionals across North America. You will engage buyers and sellers, generate and convert leads, and participate in continuous coaching and training.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from Team Launch Program and execute lead generation systems weekly.
• Consult with buyers, convert to signed buyer agreements and identify homes.
• Negotiate offers for sellers and buyers, and track tasks in the Team Technology Platform.
• Conduct two open houses monthly and convert prospecting to appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice and team activities, with weekly coaching.
• Consult with sellers to listings and market homes, applying pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from Team Launch Program
• Execute Team lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in Team Technology Platform
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation

$85,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
