Place Network Agents is seeking a Listing Assistant to collaborate with top real estate professionals across North America. You will engage buyers and sellers, generate and convert leads, and participate in continuous coaching and training.

Qualifications

Team player with strong communication and rapport skills.
Prospecting and lead generation are key strengths.
Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues, and grow professionally.

Responsibilities

Graduate from Team Launch Program and execute lead generation systems weekly.
Consult with buyers, convert to signed buyer agreements and identify homes.
Negotiate offers for sellers and buyers, and track tasks in the Team Technology Platform.
Conduct two open houses monthly and convert prospecting to appointments.
Participate in weekly script practice and team activities, with weekly coaching.
Consult with sellers to listings and market homes, applying pricing strategies.
