The Vincent Koo Team in NYC is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join a top-performing group covering NYC's five boroughs and Long Island. You will work with buyers and sellers, convert leads to appointments, and leverage coaching and training to grow your business with access to revenue sharing and advanced tools.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly coaching, trainings and Partner Call.
• Market homes and consult with sellers to convert listings.
• Demonstrate pricing, staging and listing-related services.

Responsibilities

• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
