Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to partner with our Talent Acquisition team, generating candidate leads for Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and Residential Real Estate (RRE) across the United States. You will use social media, our Workday ATS, job boards, professional associations, and other resources to build strong candidate pipelines nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 2 years of industry and/or relevant candidate sourcing experience.
• Experience in Talent Sourcing or Talent Researcher in-house or from a recruiting agency.
• Sourcing experience within the Financial Services industry preferred, with focus on Commercial/Residential Real Estate.
• Experience using Workday Recruiting is preferred.
• Proven track record delivering diverse slates of candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
• Passion for hunting top talent through creative strategies and thorough outreach.
• Strong knowledge of industry, market and talent trends that influence recruiting.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to understand needs and deliver quality candidates.

Responsibilities

• Utilize tools to find, engage, and attract top talent across social media, ATS, job boards, and associations.
• Build relationships with a network of candidates to develop strong pipelines.
• Provide excellent candidate experience to referrals and candidates.
• Collaborate with recruiters, HRBPs, and hiring managers to identify internal talent and diverse external talent.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in competitor insights, market conditions, and talent trends.
