Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role in HR.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and candidate management systems.
• Understanding of email marketing and social media.

Responsibilities

• Create a sourcing strategy to develop a robust pipeline of candidates.
• Source candidates for sales and operations roles.
• Conduct phone screens and make recommendations.
• Track pipeline activity and report to leadership.
• Kickoff the internal onboarding process.
• Drive process improvements and learn management tools.
