• 5+ years of recruitment experience with at least 1 year in the data center or construction industries.
• Experience using ATS platforms (Greenhouse or similar) and sourcing tools.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage passive candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects for varied roles simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Proactively build and maintain a robust pipeline for future hiring needs across roles in data center development and construction.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to identify, engage, and assess candidates (passive and active).
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Screen and qualify candidates for fit with job specs, culture, and team needs before passing to recruiting team.
• Develop deep knowledge of data center, construction, and real estate industries to source top talent.
