Job summary

American Real Estate Partners (AREP) is seeking a Talent Sourcer to proactively build and maintain a robust pipeline for roles across the organization, with a focus on data center development and construction sectors.

You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring teams to identify talent gaps and create targeted sourcing strategies, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 1 year in data center or construction industries.
• Experience building and managing talent pipelines across multiple roles from entry to senior levels.
• Familiarity with data center or construction recruitment terminology and processes.

Responsibilities

• Proactively build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates across roles and levels.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools to identify, engage, and assess candidates.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers to tailor sourcing strategies.
• Screen and qualify candidates to ensure alignment with job specs, culture, and team needs.
• Track candidate activity in the ATS and ensure timely updates for the recruiting team.
