Job summary

SchoolsFirst FCU is seeking a Business Unit Systems Analyst in Real Estate to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design system solutions that meet user needs. You will collaborate with business users and IT teams to document requirements and support data validation and reporting.

The role involves testing system functionality, creating user documentation, and participating in small-scale projects to improve workflows.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience required.
1-3 years of prior relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

Responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and assisting in designing business system solutions that meet users needs.
Collaborates with business users and IT teams to gather and document system requirements.
Assists in analyzing existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement or automation.
Participates in testing system functionality to ensure alignment with business needs.
Provides first-level support for system-related questions and works with teams to address issues.
Prepares basic user documentation, training materials, and procedural guides.
Supports data validation and reporting to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Participates in small-scale projects to improve workflows and processes.
Tracks and documents issues and resolutions for ongoing system improvements.
