Job summary

UFCU Financial Services, LLC is seeking a System Analyst to provide analysis and expertise on tools and systems, including tool administration and third-party applications. The role supports secure applications, collaborates with IT and business partners, and helps define requirements, deployment, testing, and documentation.

The position reports to the Manager Product Engineering and involves collaboration with Lending/Collections teams to implement process improvements, stay current with tech

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience providing application or systems support in an enterprise environment.
• 2+ years of experience working in mortgage industry with APIs and integrations.
• 1+ year of experience supporting cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for escalated questions and issue resolution of designated software applications.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for applications used by UFCU staff and members.
• Partner with business units to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective application solutions.
• Install, configure, maintain and enhance SaaS and On-Premises application configurations to adapt to changing business processes and technology landscapes.
• Drive innovation by designing and implementing new features and enhancements that improve application functionality and user experience.
• Develop, optimize, and monitor automated workflows and batch processes to ensure consistent and error-free execution.
