Qualifications

• Participates in small-scale projects to improve workflows and processes.
• Tracks and documents issues and resolutions for ongoing system improvements.

Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity. Pay Range: $37.70 - $56.55 Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

What You’ll Be Doing

Additional Job Functions

• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary and other employment related actions.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of Excel. Ability to understand and implement vlookups and pivot tables, data load and extraction.
• Ability to pull format project related reports from various data sources
• Ability to develop and work with Microsoft Word templates.
• Manage document changes and integration of other Office components.
• Ability to develop and manage construction of PowerPoint presentations
• Microsoft Visio
• Ability to construct flow charts.
• Understanding of business systems analysis and software development lifecycle
• Basic understanding of IT technology
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
