Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity.**Pay Range:**$37.70 - $56.55**Scheduled Weekly Hours:**40What You’ll Be DoingResponsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and assisting in designing business system solutions that meet users needs.* Collaborates with business users and IT teams to gather and document system requirements.* Assists in analyzing existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement or automation.* Participates in testing system functionality to ensure alignment with business needs.* Provides first-level support for system-related questions and works with teams to address issues.* Prepares basic user documentation, training materials, and procedural guides.* Supports data validation and reporting to ensure data accuracy and completeness.* Participates in small-scale projects to improve workflows and processes.* Tracks and documents issues and resolutions for ongoing system improvements.
