Job summary
Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Director of Real Estate to lead strategic planning, acquisitions, disposition, lease administration, and portfolio management for a national and global footprint. You will partner with executive leadership to ensure data-driven, financially sound decisions aligned with long-term strategy.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in commercial/corporate real estate with portfolio management, transactions, and lease administration.
- 5+ years leading high-performing real estate teams.
- Proven track record in acquisitions, dispositions, and long-term leases.
- Strong understanding of real estate financial analysis and capital planning.
- Experience with ASC 842 and real estate financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a long-term real estate strategy aligned with Blue Origin's mission.
- Oversee all real estate transactions, including acquisitions and leases.
- Implement centralized lease administration and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, Facilities, and Operations.
- Build and mentor a high-performing real estate team.
