Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking a senior real estate and construction counsel to lead the company’s real estate life cycle, drafting and negotiating U.S. and international leases, purchase agreements, and related documents. You will partner with Facilities, Maintenance, Security, and Operations and work with cross-functional teams to advance infrastructure programs across multiple sites in the U.S.

and abroad. You will advise executives on risk, build scalable processes, and manage outside counsel

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 7+ years of legal experience with real estate or construction focus.
• Ability to lead large, cross-functional projects and multi-site transactions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive-level clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead counsel for real estate life cycle from site identification to compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate leases, purchase agreements, and SNDAs.
• Oversee construction contract drafting, claims, and dispute resolution.
• Coordinate due diligence, zoning, entitlements, and permitting matters.
