Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Director of Real Estate to lead strategic planning, portfolio management, and lease administration across a global footprint. You will partner with Finance, Legal, Construction, and Operations to optimize the real estate portfolio while driving data-driven decisions and long-term value.

Responsibilities include steering complex acquisitions, dispositions, rent negotiations, and capital planning, while building a high-performing team and standardized executive

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years in commercial/corporate real estate with portfolio management, transactions, and lease administration.
• 5+ years leading real estate teams in multi-site environments.
• Experience with ASC 842 and real estate financial reporting.

• Develop and execute a long-term real estate strategy aligned with mission and growth.
• Oversee acquisitions, dispositions, and lease negotiations to maximize value.
• Ensure lease administration accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
• Model total cost of occupancy and lead budget planning and forecasting.
• Lead cross-functional governance and transformation initiatives.
• Deliver executive dashboards, KPIs, and performance insights.
