The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) is looking for an energetic person to develop and manage real estate activities for the Air National Guard, Pittsburgh Airbase, Civil Engineering Office and serve as technical consultant to the Assistant United States Property and Fiscal Officer (Base Civil Engineer) for real property. As the Real Estate Specialist, you willdevelop and manage real property activities for the civil engineering office and provide technical consulting support.You will identify, measure, and record new and existing plant and facility systems as well as carefully read maps, plans, property descriptions, and other real property documents. You will also create and maintain the real property facility manuals, binders, and computer-based accountability records. This role requires strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail to analyze andinterpret real estate documentationused to presentterms of offers for the transfer, sales, or lease of real estate. In addition, you will use yourexpertise to provide crucial guidance and support as you act as a technical advisor to the Assistant United States Property and Fiscal Officer in real property matters.
