We are a growing real estate investment company looking for a Disposition Specialist to join our remote team. Your primary role will be to build relationships with real estate investors and cash buyers, present off-market deals, and help move properties quickly.
We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, and is eager to grow with a dynamic real estate team.
Pay: $6/hour + $250 commission per closed deal
Responsibilities:
Call, text, and email investor leads to pitch property deals
Build rapport and long-term relationships with cash buyers
Present off-market properties and handle buyer objections
Gather feedback and negotiate purchase terms
Track all activity and updates in the CRM
Coordinate deal-related tasks with the internal team
Qualifications:
1 - 2 years of Experience in real estate is a MUST
Understanding of Real Estate Terms
Confident, persuasive, and people-oriented personality
Highly organized and able to manage follow-ups
Knowledge of real estate or wholesaling is a bonus
Self-driven and reliable — must work independently
Compensation:$4-6/hour (part-time)
Requirements: High-speed wired internet
