Media Real Estate is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MRI Real Estate Software Specialist to support and optimize our use of the MRI Software platform. This role is critical to ensure our real estate operations run smoothly, data is accurate and actionable, and teams are trained and empowered to use MRI tools effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• System Management: Configure, maintain, and support MRI Software modules (e.g., Property Management, Accounting, Lease Administration, Budgeting & Forecasting).
• Process Optimization: Streamline and automate business processes across property management, leasing, and finance functions using MRI tools.
• Training & Support: Provide technical support and training to users across the organization; create documentation and user guides.
• Data Management: Ensure data integrity across properties, leases, vendors, and tenants; assist with data imports, exports, and reporting.
• Reporting & Analysis: Build custom reports using MRI Report Design tools, SQL, or integrated BI solutions to support business decision-making.
• Implementation & Integration: Lead or assist with software upgrades, module implementations, and third-party integrations.
• Troubleshooting: Act as a liaison between users and MRI support for issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Required:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with MRI Real Estate Software.
  • Strong understanding of commercial or residential real estate workflows.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of SQL or report-writing tools.
  • Experience supporting end users and training staff in software applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred:
  • MRI certification or MRI SaaS platform experience.
  • Experience with system integrations (APIs, third-party apps like Yardi, Nexus, AvidXchange).
  • Familiarity with real estate accounting principles.
