Job description

Zipdev is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Transaction Coordinator to support a U.S.-based real estate team. This role is key to managing wholesale transactions from contract to close and supporting operations related to house flipping projects. You’ll coordinate with sellers, buyers, title companies, contractors, and internal team members to ensure all tasks are on track and deals move forward smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Manage real estate transactions: open escrow, collect documents, track title status, and coordinate closings.
• Communicate regularly with sellers and buyers to provide updates and manage expectations.
• Support flip projects: set up utilities, schedule vendors, track progress, and organize digital files.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, update Google Sheets, and help manage internal systems.
• Troubleshoot deal blockers such as liens, probate issues, or inspection delays.
• Coordinate with vendors and utility providers from acquisition to project close.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in real estate is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and process orientation
• Excellent communication skills via email, WhatsApp, and Zoom
• Proactive and able to take initiative without constant supervision
• Tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace, Trello/ClickUp, CRM (Brivity), Loom
• Great English level
• Currently based in LATAM.
