Job summary

Boardwalk Investments Group, LLC in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Property Coordinator to support site selection and leasing. You will coordinate research, documentation, and communication among brokers, landlords, internal teams, and vendors.

The role requires evaluating locations against criteria such as size, power, zoning, and parking, while developing tracking systems to inform leadership decisions and ensure timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience in real estate coordination, commercial leasing, property management, or related role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to evaluate and summarize multiple property options.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for tracking and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead research to identify Orange County office locations meeting requirements.
• Coordinate with brokers, property managers and leasing contacts for complete information.
• Evaluate locations against size, power, zoning, parking and infrastructure.
• Schedule and attend property tours; document findings and rental details.
• Develop tracking systems and tools to support site selection decisions.
• Follow up with brokers to clarify specs and site feasibility.
• Prepare internal summaries and recommendations for leadership.
• Support site selection, due diligence, and expansion timelines.
