Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree focused on Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering or similar.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project managing CRE/construction.
• Experience with standard construction contracts and bid documents.
• Strong budget and finance procedure knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Advanced MS Excel skills; VB preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee architectural design process from sketches to plan submittal.
• Manage general contractors and construction managers during construction.
• Define project scope, budget, and staffing and track costs.
• Provide construction cost estimates during bidding.
• Coordinate legal closeout documentation and lien waivers.
• Report project status to stakeholders regularly.
