Responsibilities

• Identify potential office locations in Orange County meeting requirements.
• Coordinate with brokers, property managers, and leasing contacts.
• Evaluate locations for size, power, connectivity, zoning, and parking.
• Schedule and attend tours; document findings and rental details.
• Develop tracking systems and comparison tools for site selection.
• Follow up with brokers to clarify specs and feasibility.
• Prepare internal summaries, analyses, and recommendations.
• Support site selection and due diligence through expansion process.
