Qualifications

- Experience working on a team with daily communication.
- Customer service experience.
Responsibilities
- Review all prospective tenants including applications and background checks.
- Assist with tenant move-in by creating lease packages.
- Provide superior service to tenants and landlords.
- Monitor incoming tenant maintenance requests.
- Handle tenant work orders and dispatch vendors.
- Communicate with tenants and handle phone calls.
- Run weekly reports for management.
- Be available for on-call emergency rotation.
