Job summary
A leading real estate investment firm in Newport Beach, CA, is seeking a dedicated Property Management professional to join their team. In this role, you will manage tenant communications, conduct screenings, and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Ideal candidates should possess a California real estate license or be able to obtain one within 120 days, along with customer service experience. Qualifications
- California real estate license or ability to obtain it within the first 120 days of employment.
- Experience working on a team with daily communication.
- Customer service experience.
Responsibilities
- Review all prospective tenants including applications and background checks.
- Assist with tenant move-in by creating lease packages.
- Provide superior service to tenants and landlords.
- Monitor incoming tenant maintenance requests.
- Handle tenant work orders and dispatch vendors.
- Communicate with tenants and handle phone calls.
- Run weekly reports for management.
- Be available for on-call emergency rotation.
