Job summary

Gulfeagle Supply in Tampa, FL is seeking a Real Estate Lead to manage leased and owned property portfolio, and guide purchases, leases, and subleases from LOI to close.

You will oversee CapEx projects, renovations, and maintenance, identify optimal warehouse locations, and coordinate transactions with brokers, attorneys, and landlords.

This role requires strong organization, experience in lease negotiations, and travel up to 30% to review sites and branches.

Qualifications

• Real estate broker license preferred.
• 2+ years experience with lease and property purchase negotiations.
• Experience with building maintenance responsibilities.
• Understanding of building materials and office/warehouse building functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead real estate purchases, leases and subleases from LOI to close with brokers/attorneys.
• Identify optimal warehouse/distribution locations based on logistics and labor markets.
• Maintain overview of leased and owned properties aligning with growth and cost objectives.
• Oversee lease terms, renewals, expirations and rent escalations using Lease Harbor.
• Coordinate capital expenditures and maintenance with facility teams and vendors.
• Collaborate with operations, purchasing, legal and leadership for alignment.
• Support expansions or consolidations and relocations with minimal disruption.
• Travel up to 30% to review sites and visit branches.
