LKQ Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Real Estate Transaction Manager to oversee end-to-end commercial real estate deals across the North American portfolio. You will coordinate site selection, broker activity, lease negotiations, and critical milestones while ensuring data accuracy and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate, transaction management, portfolio management, or lease administration.
• Experience managing multiple real estate transactions across a diverse portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of lease administration, commercial leasing practices, and portfolio reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of commercial real estate transactions across North American portfolio.
• Manage full transaction lifecycle: site selection, broker activities, lease negotiations, approvals, documentation, and milestones.
• Liaise with Master Broker (CBRE) and external partners, driving accountability and visibility into deal flow.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Lease Administration, and Business Units to align real estate decisions.
• Maintain real estate systems and portfolio records (LeaseQuery, Finance360, SharePoint).
• Monitor lease expirations and transaction pipelines; provide regular leadership reporting.
• Develop portfolio reports, dashboards, and executive presentations for strategic planning.
• Maintain lease documentation and landlord communications with governance compliance.
