Job summary

Regular site visits and lease signings are required to maintain occupancy and curb appeal. Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in multi-site management, proficiency with AppFolio, and strong financial oversight, with travel across 10–20 properties

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of multi-site residential property management.
• Experience coaching and supervising administrative and maintenance staff.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets and vendor invoices.
• Knowledge of local housing laws and housing court experience.
• Proven ability to maintain occupancy targets and marketing impact.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel across sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated team overseeing ~400 residential units across 10–20 sites.
• Coach the team to hit performance goals; set mini-goals and provide encouragement.
• Audit tenant files, ledgers, monthly charges, and applications.
• Review and submit all vendor bills for payment.
• Liaise with property owners on approvals, budgets, and portfolio performance.
• Direct maintenance staff and audit maintenance work quality.
• Audit marketing/leasing effectiveness and sign all leases.
• Visit properties monthly to maintain curb appeal.
• Resolve escalated tenant issues and attend housing court hearings.
• Perform additional tasks delegated by the Regional Manager.
