Summary If you’re looking to break into real estate and learn the business by actually being in the field, this is where most of our agents start.
As a Showing Partner, your primary role is simple: be in motion. You’ll be out in the field showing homes, meeting buyers, lead generating alongside an experienced agent, and learning how real estate works in real time, not just in theory. As part of a Zillow Preferred team, many of the buyers you’ll work with are actively looking to purchase, giving you consistent opportunities to be in the field, gain experience, and learn how real transactions take shape.
That said, this is an active, fast-paced role. Evenings and weekends are part of the job, and your schedule will often revolve around client availability.
You won’t be responsible for generating your own business at first — but you will be expected to:
Many of our top agents started in this role. The ones who grow the fastest are the ones who treat every showing as a learning opportunity and consistently raise their level of professionalism.
If you’re looking for real experience, real exposure, and a path forward, this is where it starts.
You don’t need experience in real estate, but you do need energy, reliability, and a willingness to learn quickly.
This role is best for someone who is ready to be active, adaptable, and consistently engaged.
The Premier Home Team of Keller Williams Empower is known for delivering a high level of service, consistency, and professionalism — and our Showing Partners play a key role in that experience.
As a Zillow Preferred team, we pair strong systems and coaching with access to real-time client opportunities, giving our agents the ability to stay active, build momentum, and grow their business with consistency. Many of our agents begin as Showing Partners and advance into full-time agents as they build their skills and confidence.
