Job summary

On Q Property Management in Plano, TX is seeking a full-time Portfolio Manager (Sales) to join our in-office team. You will engage homeowners, qualify leads, schedule appointments, and guide prospects through onboarding to become clients.

The role emphasizes customer service, communication, and tech-enabled processes. The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds rapport, and meets KPIs while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Active TX or AZ Real Estate License.
• Valid Driver's License and a qualifying MVR.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer Service Champion
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• 1+ year in a sales, coordination, or dispatch role.
• Knowledge of Tenant and Fair Housing Laws.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients through leads.
• Qualify each new homeowner lead and set appointments.
• Manage daily appointments with homeowners and follow up with prospects throughout signup process.
• Leverage customer service skills to cultivate prospective homeowners and understand their needs.
• Build superior rapport with clients.
• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
• Reach (and exceed) KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Other duties as assigned.
