Job summary

On Q Property Management in Plano, TX is seeking a full-time Portfolio Manager (Sales) to join our in-office team. You will engage homeowners, qualify leads, schedule appointments, and guide prospects through onboarding to become clients.

The role emphasizes customer service, communication, and tech-enabled processes. The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds rapport, and meets KPIs while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Active TX or AZ Real Estate License.
• Valid Driver's License and a qualifying MVR.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer Service Champion
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• 1+ year in a sales, coordination, or dispatch role.
• Knowledge of Tenant and Fair Housing Laws.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients through leads.
• Qualify each new homeowner lead and set appointments.
• Manage daily appointments with homeowners and follow up with prospects throughout signup process.
• Leverage customer service skills to cultivate prospective homeowners and understand their needs.
• Build superior rapport with clients.
• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
• Reach (and exceed) KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Other duties as assigned.

On Q Property Management is looking for a full-time Portfolio Manager (Sales) to join our team in Plano, TX or Gilbert, AZ!

In this dynamic role, you will assist homeowners by answering questions, identifying solutions, and ultimately bringing them on as clients of On Q Property Management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact potential clients through leads

Job Requirements:

• Active TX or AZ Real Estate License
• Valid Driver's License and a qualifying Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to adapt to new technology, software, and systems swiftly1+ year(s) of experience in a sales, coordination, or dispatch role
