Responsibilities:

1. Send a weekly report to clients on their listing status to maintain good customer service standing.
2. Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments.
3. Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service.
4. Schedule all home inspections, open houses, and showings.
5. Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales.
6. Lead follow up.
7. Database campaigns.
8. Set listing appointments.
9. Execute appointments.
10. Close listings.
11. Leverage listings.
12. Sales scripts mastery.

Qualifications:

1. Completes tasks quickly and efficiently.
2. Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
3. Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly.
4. Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcase a clear understanding of the real estate industry.
5. Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
6. Real estate license required.
