Responsibilities:

1. Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings.
2. Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business.
3. Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings.
4. Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing.
5. Oversee contract processes alongside buyer’s agents to negotiate contracts.

Qualifications:

1. Must have a valid Real Estate License.
2. Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
3. Currently licensed in real estate.
4. Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
5. Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
6. At least one year of work experience in real estate sales.

Compensation:

$65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
