Are you a results-oriented and driven sales professional with a proven track record of achieving sales goals? We’re seeking a licensed or aspiring Real Estate Agent who is looking to launch a new business or grow an existing business. Must love connecting with potential clients and building relationships. Day 1 we provide over 25,000 leads, along with a team to assist in setting appointments for you. You can develop a sales strategy to build new and expand current customer relationships.

We support our sales team with the tools, training, management, and competitive compensation to ensure your success. Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally, in person and over the phone, with clients and co-op agents
• Follow up consistently and effectively to convert leads into appointments and sales
• Conduct presentations to educate clients and generate signed agreements
• Script and role-play with team members daily
• Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, giving them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently
• Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects
• Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly
• Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business
• Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves

Qualifications

• Bright, hard-working, and self-motivated
• Energized by an open-ended compensation plan and money-motivated
• Must have or be working on a Kansas Real Estate license
• Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required
• Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
• Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
• Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience
• Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike

Compensation

$50,000 - $150,000+ commission based
