Camelot Properties has an opportunity for a licensed real estate agent to join our culture. You’ll receive mentorship and guidance along with guaranteed booked appointments with buyers. We provide competitive compensation with zero caps. Listing, transaction, and marketing support! You’ll also have a responsive broker on staff to answer all your contract questions quickly to get your deal done. Work from home option. Flexible schedule. Responsibilities: • Prospecting • Follow-up • Develop and deploy your Sphere of Influence strategy (social networks, friends, family, etc.) • Educate clients on key specifics of their home selling/buying experience • Advise buyer/seller in handling additional offers to purchase submitted between contract and closing Qualifications: • Currently hold a real estate license (or actively studying to get one) • Have an understanding of percentages, basic finances, and other simple math concepts • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking ability, creativity Compensation: $70,000+
