Responsibilities include:

  • Communicating product offerings to refinery, petrochemical, power generation, and light industrial customers.
  • Responding to sales inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Reviewing contracts, addressing technical questions, and providing project updates.
  • Expediting quote and order fulfillment through effective communication.
  • Developing knowledge of product lines, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Managing customer requests and concerns until resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Sales experience in relevant industries with technical support skills.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
