We’re seeking an outside sales representative to identify new target buyers and upsell to current customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert who can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. If you are looking to combine your communication and prospecting skills with your outside sales experience to leverage a more lucrative career in the industry, we want you on our team! Responsibilities: • Convert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points • Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice • Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities • Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow-up with potential customers and deal opportunities • Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel Qualifications: • Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike • A consistent top performer in sales • High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred • 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience • Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills • Strong Negotiation Skills and the ability to close high-value deals. • Proficiency in CRM (customer relationship management) software. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • High level of professionalism and commitment to providing exceptional client service. • Willingness to work flexible hours , including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for property showings & client meetings. • Must have or be pursuing a Kansas Real Estate License Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000+ (commission based)
