Arrive Realty in San Diego is seeking Real Estate Sales Agents, new or experienced, to capitalize on provided inbound leads and a proven growth system. You will focus on serving clients, building relationships, and closing transactions with strong support from our team.

You'll benefit from coaching, marketing, admin, and a Transaction Manager who handles ~90% of deals, enabling you to focus on closing the next transaction. This full-time, commission-based opportunity rewards production.

Compensation
