Caruso Group in Florida is seeking a driven Real Estate Sales Agent to help clients buy and sell homes. You will leverage our leads system, tech tools, and training to build a lucrative personal pipeline while delivering exceptional service to new and existing clients.

Ideal candidates hold a valid Florida Real Estate License, are self-motivated, organized, and capable of communicating clearly. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year with potential for rapid growth.

• Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
• Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
• “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers

Must have knowledge of Florida real estate contract forms.
