• Oversee accepted buyer contracts from offer acceptance to closing, meeting appraisers, coordinating inspections, obtaining bids for repairs, communicating with lenders, and maintaining consistent client communication.
• Nurture past clients and sphere of influence to encourage referrals and repeat business.
