• Bachelor's degree preferred in risk management, insurance or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in insurance, risk management, real estate, finance, property management, or related field.
• Internship experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, analyze, and maintain property schedules, exposure information, loss data, valuations, and other risk-related information.
• Support renewal processes by gathering client information, tracking timelines, and coordinating with carriers and internal stakeholders.
• Review and maintain accurate client, policy, and exposure data in systems.
• Prepare renewal reports, premium summaries, proposals, and loss analyses for clients.
• Serve as a point of contact for routine inquiries from clients, carriers, lenders, and internal associates.
• Review policies, endorsements, certificates, audits, and carrier correspondence for accuracy; assist with discrepancies.
