Lockton Northeast is hiring an entry-level Risk Analyst responsible for day-to-day client service and renewal support for Property and Casualty business. You will build relationships with clients, carriers and Lockton teams while participating in the Career Foundations Program that provides technical and practical training for a long-term career with Lockton Northeast.

The role supports senior staff, handles documentation, quotes, audits, and policy updates, and emphasizes proactive

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related program preferred or equivalent education and/or experience required
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed

Aufgaben

• Supports the Account Executives, Senior Client Managers and Client Managers in responding to Client inquiries, maintaining documentation of communications, existing issues, and issue resolutions
• Assists with implementing new lines of coverage by setting up accounts, collecting needed documentation, and reviewing plan details with Client and Carrier
• Provides Client service aligned with Lockton Northeast processes and protocols and our Client Engagement strategy
• Gathers and compiles exposure information from the Client, including loss-run schedules and client stratifications
• Requests and secures quotes from carriers
• Handles audits, quotes, binders, and endorsements and makes requests for changes as needed
• Follows up for insurance policies and performs updates and policy checks to ensure completeness
• Updates specifications, applications, and summary information to reflect changes during the year
• Informs Client of any changes that may affect insurance premiums or coverage
• Creates and sends compliance communications as needed
• Prepares / drafts Client Engagement documents (Renewal Strategy, Stewardship and Renewal Presentations)
