Job summary
Quality 1st Basement Systems is seeking a motivated Business Development professional to join our Real Estate Response Team. You will build strong partnerships with Real Estate Agents, Home Inspectors, and other home-service providers to keep transactions moving toward closing.
In this role, you’ll conduct crawl space and basement inspections, provide rapid solutions, and educate partners on how our services protect deals. A driver’s license and proven relationship-building success are essential.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business development, home inspection, or related experience.
- Experience in in-home sales or home-service industries preferred.
- Experience building partnerships with Real Estate Agents and Home Inspectors preferred.
- Comfortable entering crawlspaces and basements, kneeling, climbing ladders.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain referral partnerships with Real Estate Agents, Home Inspectors, HVAC and other home-service companies.
- Serve as rapid-response point of contact for inspection or property issues.
- Conduct crawl space and basement inspections, estimates and solutions to prevent closing delays.
- Educate partners on services and how we help their clients.
- Hit individual sales goals and support team success.
