Job summary

Basement Systems of Indiana is seeking a driven Sales Inspector to meet homeowners, assess needs, and propose tailored waterproofing, foundation, and crawl space solutions. No cold calling; marketing provides high-quality leads and you close deals.

Expect a Monday–Saturday schedule, handling 8 leads weekly. Earn 8–10% commission with uncapped potential, plus company vehicle and comprehensive coaching.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience is preferred (in-home sales a major plus).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Self-starter mindset with the discipline to manage your own schedule.
• Ability to learn and follow a proven sales system.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to assess basement, crawl space, or foundation issues.
• Diagnose problems and educate homeowners on potential solutions.
• Present and close proposals using company-provided tools and training.
• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication with customers.
• Accurately complete contracts, job notes, and CRM documentation.
• Deliver an outstanding experience that builds trust and long-term relationships.
