Job summary

Lindmark Companies is seeking a leasing and real estate professional to grow our billboard-site portfolio in New Mexico. You will identify new lease sites, negotiate leases, and manage renewals while coordinating with zoning authorities and permitting offices.

Travel across New Mexico is required; a solid background in commercial real estate, site development, and lease management is essential. The role offers a competitive bonus package, health insurance, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) is required, along with 1-3 years of commercial real estate, site acquisition or property/lease management experience.
• A bachelor's degree in real estate, Business Administration, or Marketing is preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate (leasing, brokerage, site selection)
• Land acquisition or site development
• Property or lease management
• Familiarity with zoning laws & permitting
• Lease negotiation
• Government processes

Put your leasing or real estate experience to work in a different and exciting industry! Help our company grow one land lease at a time in New Mexico. This position handles all functions and activities necessary to maintain and grow the company’s real estate portfolio of leased and owned properties. Responsibilities include finding sites for new leases/billboard sign locations and maintaining existing leases while working with state and local agencies for zoning purposes. Travel across New Mexico is required. Salary based on experience + competitive bonus package, Health Insurance, 401(k), PTO.

Requirements
