Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of commercial real estate, site acquisition or lease management experience.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred in real estate, business, or marketing.
• Knowledge of zoning laws, permitting, and lease negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Identify new lease sites and negotiate leases
• Negotiate renewal leases for existing sites
• Read and interpret ordinances and state regulations
• Apply for permits at the local and state level
• Attend zoning board or city council meetings as needed
• Assist with acquisitions as needed
